Crossgar Free Presbyterian Church is an historic congregation being the first congregation of the Free Presbyterian Church of Ulster.

Since its constitution on 17 March 1951 it has stood foursquare for the glorious gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

It is a church born out of revival blessing. In the mission out of which the congregation was formed there were 94 souls who professed faith in the Lord Jesus Christ under the preaching of a young evangelist, Ian R.K. Paisley.

Crossgar Free Presbyterian Church is a strong, Christ centred, Bible based church, proclaiming a living Christ to a dying world.

Fundamental in doctrine, separated in witness, evangelistic in outreach, the church seeks to fulfil the Great Commission of Jesus Christ, to go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel. (Mark 16:15).
